This policy describes how to delete your Auto Global account and what happens to your data. It applies to the Auto Global mobile application available on iOS and Android.
How to delete your account
- Open the Auto Global mobile app.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete account and confirm your request.
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion according to our retention rules below.
Data deleted
- Personal profile information (name, email, phone)
- Account preferences and authentication tokens
- Saved vehicles and in-app activity linked to your user ID
Data retained
Records required for legal, tax, or transaction compliance may be retained for up to 30 days, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
