1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
2. Services
Auto Global facilitates the discovery, inspection, and import of Korean vehicles for buyers worldwide. Unless stated otherwise in writing, Auto Global coordinates import services and does not act as the seller of record for third-party inventory.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information when registering and placing enquiries.
- Do not misuse the Services, interfere with other users, or violate applicable law.
- Respect intellectual property and the privacy of other users.
5. Transactions
Purchase terms between you and a supplier are defined in your order documentation. Auto Global is not a party to third-party sale contracts except where explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, software, and content are owned by Auto Global or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the platform or other users.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
